This basin retrofit was installed to increase infiltration time of standing water within the basin. Here, GreenWeaver had to remove silt accumulation and incorporate rain garden soil mix. The bottom was seeded with a wet meadow seed mix and the upper edges were seeded with upland meadow mix plus wildflowers.

Several shrubs have been installed since this photo as well.
