Gardener Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide ongoing gardening and property maintenance services for GreenWeaver clients.

• Reflect GreenWeaver’s core values of Quality, People, and Environmental
  Stewardship in all aspects of work.
• Follow direction from Stewards and ensure customer satisfaction through
  efficient, skilled gardening services.
• Maintain landscapes that look great and provide ecological benefits through
  general garden tasks such as weeding, pruning, plant care, and transplants.
• Use gardening tools such as pruners, electric line trimmers, and blowers.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully to customers, crew, and management.
• Maintain a clean shop, trucks, and job sites.
• Care for plants in GreenWeaver nursery including regular watering.
• Work on landscape crew if necessary and perform other tasks as directed.
• Work in ALL weather conditions.
• Create seasonal container displays.
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Be a supportive team member and immediately bring any concerns regarding
  quality, safety, or other workplace violations to supervisor.

Gardeners benefit from experience or knowledge in the following areas:

• Native, ornamental, and invasive plants
• Integrated pest management
• Ability to read landscape plans

Compensation: Based on experience, starting from $18.00 per hour. Benefits include
